We would like to give a warm welcome to Lisa Zammit, who has joined our Team at Connecting Home. Lisa is Melbourne born and bred and has worked in aged disability and housing for the last few years. Lisa is our new Case Manager and people can contact her at the office for support and referrals. We are delighted to have her on board, and look forward to working with her.
